Planning Commission Board
Duties of the Planning Commission are to prepare and submit to the Council for its approval a master plan for the physical development for the City; and to advise the Council on zoning, major subdivisions and developments, conditional uses, annexation plans, district- and subject-focused plans, development code and comprehensive plan amendments, and other matters pertaining to long-range planning. This commission also acts as the Zoning Board of Adjustment to adjudicate zoning variances and administrative appeals.
